Thanks Craig for making it easy to get my workouts in! Love the app! Works great with Apple TV as well! Just wanted to add that it would be even better to integrate with my Fitbit and endomondo as well
Love this app and have already recommended to friends and family. It is exactly the kind of fast effective, workouts I can do first thing, before attending to family and work. It offers all kinds of different programs and information to suit what I am trying to achieve which is great. One of my favourite apps.
Great app, just a few small things I would change. 1. Not sure why I have to login every time I use the app. Annoying. 2. Daily inspiration and diet tips would be nice to update in the morning to start the day rather then the afternoon.
I love this app, but it has been impossible to get help for it! I dont understand why it wont keep my login information - every morning I have to enter my email address and password. Dont most apps keep that information? Id love to see it integrate with FitBit and reset back to the beginning when youve gone through all the exercises.
This app is awesome. The exercises are simple and effective. The variety of the sass ions is just great. The addition of the equipment sessions make the diversity of the program excellent. There needs to be a reset button on each of the work out progresses tabs. After you complete all of the work outs once, there is no way to track you progress a second or third time.

The app is free but it only gives you 3 workouts for 10 minutes for free then you need to pay $7.99 a month
Ive been following Craig for a while. His workouts hardly take any time but give me great results and leave me filled with energy. Glad to finally see you on the app store Craig!
I have been following Craigs workout advice for over ten years. I highly recommend this app!
I really like this app. I get a burst of energy doing this first thing in the morning. Easy to follow and Craig is a great coach who doesnt let you give up!
Do you have to buy volume? Or is this not working properly? Seems kind of shady to not mention that volume is a paid feature.....
